The Quick One (QO) prayer cannot replace the Paraliturgy

It is used for:

1. Urgencies

2. Perseverant prayer

   • specific bondages I want to re-pray after Paraliturgy or newly discovered

• lies or vows to re-pray after Paraliturgy or newly identified.

Prayer-on-the-go for bondages (everyday) when we don’t have time for the Paraliturgy

Keeps the pressure on satan (The spiritual battle is in offensive mode)
